Enmeshed in the dispute of gender & sexuality, physical assault or sexual misconduct is rising day by day around the globe. Some women are an innocent victim to the prey of molestation or abuse, but some blame in a wrong way with a false allegation to the defendant. Here are the names of two famous brewery owners who confronted false allegation of sexual misconduct:
Frank D’Angelo
Frank D’Angelo the former Canadian brewery owner of ‘Steelback Brewer’ started his business in September 2002. He is a homegrown auteur who got success in multiple platforms. He never had any past criminal record. The entrepreneur’s brewery business gained popularity because of juices and hard drinks like ‘Cheetah’. D’Angelo also received Canadian & Ontario Brewing awards in 2007, 2008 and 2009.
Allegation & Exemption of Frank D’Angelo
On June 2007, D’Angelo was accused by a 22-year old woman for grabbing, stripping and forcing her to have sex in a hotel room. John Hamilton the lawyer of D’Angelo testified that both the points of plaintiff and defendant are under the condition, but no evidence against Frank is found. Therefore, the judge says former brewery owner 'probably guilty' of sexual assault. The term ‘probably’ reveals the uncertainty of proof against the entrepreneur. Later, the case was dismissed because of the early affair record between the plaintiff (the 22-year woman) and defendant (Frank D’Angelo). The case was proved as consensual sex between the two. Many haters revealed different comments, but at the end, Frank was declared innocent by the Ontario Court.
Juan T. O'naghten
Juan T. O’Naghten is a former U.S Army Paratrooper, brewery business owner, and a Real Estate business proprietor in Miami, Florida. In 2017 he opened a ‘Nightlife Brewing Company’ at Marlins Park. There were no criminal records against him in Miami court, but he was entangled in mysterious social media battle related to false allegations.
The case against the brewery owner
On an afternoon of 2017 a page-long statement to Nightlife’s social media pages including Instagram & Facebook. The attack on sexual attack was reported by an anonymous hater or business rival of Juan. The incognito social media profile has incorrectly accused him of sexual misconduct with a woman without any name. The haters also called him ‘rapist’ without any proof. However, the supporters of Juan O’Naghten supported him in social posts by commenting positively on. Later, he was proved innocent because the false allegations were proved as the attack of business rivals of the brewery owner.
Final Approach
Several cases of sexual misconduct are a genuine allegation, but sometimes the wrongly accused of rape and molestation may cause the reputation of an innocent defendant. There are several famous brewery owners who were wrongly accused, but verdict and evidence proved the allegations false.
